As a founder, I’ve seen first-hand the impact that prioritising this has on running a business. I’ve been on both ends of the spectrum, and the difference in how I've felt in myself and in the business has been huge. As a founder, soon-to-be qualified Executive Coach, a former counselling student, and an Experimental Psychology graduate, I've spent a lot of time thinking about how we can supercharge our lives most effectively.
