I am a seasoned professional with experience in various business functions such as trade marketing, business development, marketing, and business administration. I have gained a comprehensive understanding of the business and internal functions by working in both Apple and R-Store SpA, where I contributed to structuring functions and processes. I have the ability to deliver results with available resources and within required timelines, while overcoming organizational challenges. I have developed personal skills such as mediation, negotiation, coaching, and the personal and professional growth of colleagues, as well as building relationships with suppliers. In Apple, I actively contributed to the launch of the Merchindising ShopinShop and InLine program in all major Retail chains associated with consumer electronics throughout Italy. In R-Store, I developed the Retail sales network from selection to coaching, to optimizing performance and analysis tools from 2011 to 2017. In R-Store, I also developed the entire marketing function, starting from in-store and local micro-communication activities and progressing to national coverage projects with content production and supplier relationships. I am results-oriented and value relationships and human resources. I have extensive experience in managing and implementing projects and processes. In R-Store, I successfully implemented the Customer Relation activities and the Facilities and HR function, which are now under dedicated management. I am passionate about theater, literature, sports, and travel, which has allowed me to acquire collateral cultural training.
