- Responsible for supporting the Business in the Southern region in French, Spanish and English:
•	Responsible for ensuring Software Revenue transactions are reviewed, documented and accounted in compliance with VMWare Revenue Recognition Policy and in accordance with current GAAP and SEC guidance;
•	Review Revenue Allocation within RevStream Accounting Package;
•	Prepare and review of monthly Deal Review Checklists for Internal and External Audit Submission;
•	Review and approval of Enterprise License Agreements Pricing Quotes for revenue recognition compliance.
•	Review PCS renewals to ensure VSOE compliance;
•	Review contracts, Statements of work (SOW), ELAs and MSLA for potential revenue recognition issues to assure compliance with revenue policies;
•	Works closely with sales operations and legal to ensure proper compliance with revenue recognition rules and guidelines, providing advice and support on complex accounting issues during deal negotiations across Southern EMEA region;
•	Preparation of quarterly analysis of revenue for related parties.

Senior Revenue Analyst

•	Intercompany reconciliations ensuring different entities are in balance,
•	Intercompany recharges; 
•	Balance sheet reconciliations,
•	Calculate and post price transfers;
•	Initiate payments of balances;
•	Calculation and posting of intercompany loans.

Intercompany Analyst

Responsible for control of second level controls in Regional Finance Center Drogheda and several European Business Units:

•	Ensure compliance with Company policies & procedures by carrying out self-assessments in Regional Finance Center and Business Units; 
•	Maintain up to date local policies & procedures for Business Units and Regional Finance Center ensuring compliance with the company global policies; 
•	Ensure SAP approval routes are aligned with local policies & procedures; 
•	Maintain up to date SOX narratives for all processes in close cooperation with process owners in Regional Finance Center and BUs; 
•	Maintain Policies, Procedures, including Business Continuity Plan for Regional Finance Center and BUs; 
•	Prepare and distribute violation reports to Regional Finance Center and Business Units and follow up on action steps; 
•	Provide input to KPIs.

Controls & Compliance Analyst

Direct report to Finance Manager, responsible for controlling e accounting activities:

•	Responsible for OPEX Purchase Orders,  Invoices and Credit Notes and Journal Vouchers;
•	Monthly and annual accountable closure (IFRS accounting standarts and US GAAP and Local GAAP);
•	Supervision and coordination of payroll process;
•	Coordinating preparation of local GAAP Statements Accounts;
•	Preparation of all mandatory taxes reports;
•	Coordinating & Supporting External Audit and Tax Audit;
•	Control, forecast and budget of Profit and Loss accounts;
•	Profitability analysis for juices launch;
•	Suppliers negotiation.
