Joined WEX as a senior marketing manager, and was promoted 3 times to positions of increasing global leadership responsibility.

- Led a global marketing team to support 3 lines of business across 3 regions (NA, EMEA, and APAC), enabling sales revenue growth of 10% or more YoY for WEX’s corporate payments division.
- Established KPIs to track marketing team’s contribution to revenue and implemented prospect database and marketing automation to track and score leads for pre-sales qualification.
- Added many new channels, and expanded lead generation means to existing trade shows and marketing collateral by establishing new lead generation campaigns online and through e-mail, social media marketing, and a blog. 
- Grew organic followers on social media 17% for WEX travel channel and 36% for WEX corporate payments channel in one year.
- Held 3 global customer events per year to maintain and grow business relationships with existing customers. 
- Led corporate payments division’s rebranding in collaboration with external B2B marketing agency to unify messaging about the unrivalled combination of WEX’s technology and suite of payment offerings. 
- Instituted new VOC survey that integrated NPS and other customer experience measures, increasing customer response rate from 83% to 100% from 2019 to 2020. 
- Received President’s Club Award in 2016—given annually to 30 top-performing employees out of 5,000—and nominated for Dubyak Leadership Award in 2019.
