👉The men I work with work HARD. But they are tired. Emotionally, mentally, and physically. 

You might be the breadwinner, supporter, or the "strong" one.

You might be TOTALLY happy with this. Who doesn't love being successful? 

But when do you have time for yourself? To release anxiety or think about what YOU want. To GROW into more than what you are now? 

📌At some point, we stop growing by ourselves because we can't see our blind spots. 

Men are taught to do things alone, be the "strong" ones, to not show emotion. Often this shows up in the form of workaholism, anger, porn addiction, adultery, or running from accomplishment to accomplishment and never quite feeling..fulfilled. 

Over the last two years, I've worked with 100's of men to understand the struggles, dynamics, and difficulties MEN face on a day-to-day basis. I use a combination of trauma therapy training, neuroscience, action items, and accountability to help you not only GET RESULTS but KEEP them. We dive deep into the root cause and rewire the neural pathways to make sure habits are changed and behaviors are replaced.

All sessions are backed by science that you can trust and rely on between sessions. I believe in HEALTH care, NOT sick care. My goal is to create the fastest way possible for you to heal. Most of my clients see results after just one session.

If a man grows up with a mother who doesn’t show much affection He tends to be attracted to women who are strong, independent, but aren’t very affectionate.

This man is usually himself a giver, and tries to please his partner in anyway he can because it is what he’s used to doing from childhood.

He has associated love with being a conditional task that is earned rather than something that is willingly given.
The way a man can start healing from this is by:

👉Diving into his core values and desires
👉Mapping out similarities between partners and the mother
👉Validating the inner child by doing totally loving acts without conditions
👉Assessing whether its love or attachment hes addicted to in the relationship
