I’ve spent years studying systems: healthcare systems, business systems, human systems. What I’ve learned is that no system works without self-awareness. Titles and strategy matter far less than curiosity, empathy, and ethics. The real work is understanding why we think the way we do, how we make decisions, and what drives us to act even when no one is watching. I teach and research topics related to ethics, behavior, and the human experience, helping future leaders navigate complexity with moral clarity. Outside the classroom, I write about the intersection of behavior, emotion, and meaning: how people build trust, confront change, and try to live well in a noisy world.
