Brickken

As the General Counsel at Brickken, I manage the day-to-day legal affairs of the company, covering the following key areas in an illustrative but not exhaustive manner:

Compliance: I establish and oversee internal policies, focusing on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. This includes implementing Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) processes.

Data Protection: As the Data Protection Officer (DPO), I ensure the entity complies with privacy regulations.

Token and NFT Regulation: I align our operations with security and utility tokens and NFTs regulations, fostering legal integration within the technological sector.

Contract Management: I draft and negotiate commercial and technological contracts in both Spanish and English, covering investment, data protection, and commercial matters, all with a global perspective.

Corporate Structure: I prepare the necessary corporate and investment documentation to strengthen the business structure and facilitate the company's growth.

Legal Innovation: I oversee the acquisition of required licenses and coordinate the company's adaptation to new regulations. Additionally, I am responsible for securing grants that promote innovation and technological development.

International presence: I manage Brickken's international legal expansion by participating in and overseeing key initiatives in the Web3 sector, such as consortia and the European Sandbox.
