fern is an IFTTT (If/This/Then/That) automation solution. It connects all data sources available on Amazon to a flexible automation workflow builder. It gives e-commerce brands & agencies the freedom to create custom workflows that can cover 90% of their repetitive tasks across their entire operation.

Our vision is to put Amazon on autopilot using AI, resulting in significant time savings and performance improvement, and ultimately increased innovation for consumers.

At jexx, I had the opportunity to create, launch, and scale private label brands on Amazon, reaching markets across the US, UK, and Europe.

This hands-on experience involved every stage—from product ideation and development to scaling operations and optimising for long-term success. jexx enabled me to immerse myself in the complexities and toolbox of Amazon, mastering the platform and honing strategies that drive real results.

jexx has been pivotal in my journey, as I’ve since co-founded and led This is Unicorn, a full-service Amazon agency and fern, a workflow solution for Amazon brands and agencies.

The Shoreditch Beard

The Shoreditch Beard was created at a 48-hour hackathon, just to prove it was possible. Our goal was to create a funky product, driven by the tech energy of East London.

TSB has developed into a bearded brand with hundreds of customers happy all over the globe. From our iconic smokey Old Street blend, to the floral notes of Columbia Road: all of our beard oils are made from 100% natural, cruelty-free and premium ingredients to keep your beard bristle-free and smelling amazing.

SoPost helps brands across Europe and the USA drive product sampling online, better than it has ever been done before.

I headed up our Client Services team, working directly with the in-house teams of brands such as L'Oreal, Burberry, P&G and other household names to ensure each sampling campaign was executed effectively, on-time and delivering the highest ROI for our client brands.

Gained intimate knowledge of Contact Centre solutions and presented daily to deal decision makers. Built relationships with key suppliers to develop new demonstrations in showcases across the world. Trained new showcase managers. Responsible for monthly sales reporting of the showcase network.
Created £5.3m and supported £66.5m of Contact Centre opportunities.

Project managed the 2014/15 strategy for UK marketing. Organized events to build relationship between BT and major energy, infrastructure & utility companies. Encouraged the UK marketing team to better leverage social media, & was incredibly successful in driving event registrations.  Implemented improvements to communication within the team of 45 in order to improve team happiness.

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to onefinestay guests via phone and email. Implemented process improvements to the handling of onefinestay guest iPhones. Proposed new ways for onefinestay to provide guest services and try new revenue streams - e.g. personalised fridge fill services.
