Trying to summarize myself on an online profile can be very difficult. Anything can be made to look good "on paper", but what sets anyone apart from the crowd is their passion and interaction with others. Since some of that is lost in text, I will do my best to explain what it is that is most important to me as someone in the tech industry. I believe people are the most important part of a company or professional relationship. Human interaction, whether in person or remotely, is such a huge part of our everyday lives. What I have learned in the years I have been building professional relationships, is while humans are inherently similar, we are also wildly different. Every single person on this planet has lived their own story which builds who we are and what we have learned. From every experience to how we decided to react or respond to that experience. We are the lessons we learn. I know that sounds cliche, but this is how I learned to effectively communicate. I remind myself this every single time I feel like alignment in any relationship has gone astray. I then make an effort to understand where the misalignment is and why it is there. I then adjust my communication style in an effort to better understand the style (or story) of the person(s) for which I'm working. I have not only experienced success in this practice, but I've gained some pretty incredible professional relationships along the way. I am a very driven person who loves to see hard work come to fruition. In every company where I have worked, I have grown and built up not only the company, but my knowledge and confidence. I also strive to continually improve my knowledge. If I'm learning something new, I am satisfied. I am a passionate person who loves to believe in the company for which I work. I truly enjoy building and improving operational excellence. Guiding a team to plan, work towards, and ultimately hit goals is genuinely inspiring to me. Especially if my team is just as happy and excited to hit the goal as I am. I am a seasoned NetSuite Professional. I started out as a user in 2013. I was always interested in learning more about the system and often tried to understand how the system worked rather than how one process worked specifically. When I moved to an administrator role, my love for the system grew even more! I saw just how robust the software could be. Once I moved to the consulting world, I got to really learn the "personality" of NetSuite. Yes, I truly believe it has a personality. I still love it and still love learning anything new in the system!
