If there's one thing I can talk about endlessly, it's the absolute necessity of a rock-solid marketing strategy. You know, the kind that is thoroughly researched and brilliantly executed, before even thinking about diving into tactics. Writing a marketing strategy is like planning a dinner party -- you need your vision (and all the right ingredients) before you turn on a single flame. At StepUp, I plan dinner parties (metaphorically). We build strategies from scratch -- and then we launch into execution. Hitting it out of the park with tactics primed to work through spot-on targeting and out-of-the-park messaging. Also --- marketing is NOT magic. So we take our time, A/B testing, fine-tuning until it's perfect. The result? A marketing machine that you can trust for results long into the future! Empowering team-building is my jam; mentoring, playing to everyone's strengths, and fostering a culture of respect are non-negotiables in my book. In the bigger picture of my life.... I'm down to take these skills and my many other passions (magic, communications, peace-building) and work to build a world where everyone talks, listens, and genuinely understands each other – that's the kind of environment I champion. I'm also a mom, avid outdoorsy person, and esoterica/mystical enthusiast. You'll find me on the beach or in the woods most weekends, reading books on ancient cosmology, pulling tarot, or just generally driving my family crazy with off-tune renditions of Taylor Swift songs.
