European Cargo operates a fleet of A340 freighters globally from its base at Bournemouth International Airport (BOH). The aircraft are a hybrid freighter version with a unique main deck cargo pod system. This offers a maximum payload of 76 tons and 440cbm over a range of 5,000nm.

Created and launched an Operational Support Services business entity based in Baghdad (FMS Iraq), providing a unique portfolio of ground support services for cargo and passenger charter flights at all major airports throughout Iraq to other brokers and carriers directly.

Regional Head Middle East & General Manager UAE

Established and accelerated the growth of the Dubai Brokering office. Recruited, trained and motivated high-performance teams of Cargo, Passenger & Private Jet Brokers to achieve a tenfold increase in Revenue in Year One. By the end of Year Two, had developed the business to reach a USD$50 million turnover. 

Established a successful business unit in Kabul, Afghanistan, covering Freight forwarding and GSA representation, which exceeded budgeted targets.

Created and managed the DHL ‘Charter Desk’, a joint venture with DHL Aviation Middle East. Pioneered the first in-house ‘Charter Desk’ function for DHL Aviation and integrated the entity into DHL’s Regional network as a stand-alone product, generating multi-million dollar revenues.
