Responsible for the management of the College's billing and accounts receivable functions. Provide direct oversight of student and non-student billing, receipt and recording of payments, and collections.
Analyze and make credit decisions regarding outstanding obligations and negotiate promissory notes. Clear students for registration upon receipt of payment or securing satisfactory arrangements to resolve tuition account.
Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting and reconciliation activities as they pertain to the Bursar's Office functions, including student tax reporting (1098-T); monthly account reconciliations; preparation of audit work-papers; and other reporting as required.
Publish charges and statements to self-service accounts; coordinate paper statements (as necessary) for specific student populations.
Oversee the student refund process to ensure compliance with Title IV regulations and College policy
Created and modified entries to student accounts through the A/R journals.
Make all bank deposits, balance accounts and manage office supply ordering for the campus.

Developed resolutions to delinquency within established authority and guidelines, acting independently to reduce delinquent accounts from more than 130 days to 35 days or less.
