Connecting with schools, colleges and universities in order to provide them with motivational programmes. Aim A Little Huighers job is to bridge the gap between education and HE/ Employment, it was to raise their aspiration regardless of background or social situation. Collating feedback from both students and staff, carrying out research, managing budgets, maintaining relationships, organizing calender's, creating programmes and ensuring paperwork is up to date were all very important skills within my job.

Telling Tales is a performing Arts company. They put on professional performances and run a performing arts school for children aged 2-16 years old. 

My role began as a teaching assistant during the school holidays and quickly progressed into me taking my own classes. This meant that safeguarding was an important aspect of my job, dealing with students of all capabilities and managing any behavioral difficulties. It was also important that I lesson planned, communicated to the parents what their children had learnt and how they could progress. 
During performances my role was to chaperone, collect props and manage a budget for front of house.
