Hey, glad you made it. Welcome to my world (and profile)!

I’m Elizabeth, a Senior Product Manager / Owner and Salesforce Consultant who really enjoys what I do and applying Change Management practices too. 

As a Tech professional with over 14 years of experience, I specialize in Reimaging Business Processes primarily within Salesforce Technology for Consumer industries. As a Salesforce Consultant at Deloitte, I led initiatives both implementing Salesforce and designing solutions and future roadmaps for clients. I’ve had the opportunity to design, configure, demo, and teach Salesforce while gaining a wealth of experience in data architecture and UI/UX.

Outside of my 9-5, I step away from my computer and into the social Latin dancing scene a few nights a week. Otherwise, you’ll find me taking a walk at the park, rowing, listening to audiobooks, completing Sudoku, going the movies, and running 5Ks. 

I believe that companies and departments lose out on technical innovation without incorporating women’s knowledge and wisdom in technology spaces. If you’re interested in learning more, feel free to reach out!

You are not in this alone

As a new hire, I was able to get added last minute to the Built to Lead training for Advistory Managers and Senior Managers. 

Brings my remote at a new place, I thought I wouldn’t know anyone yet was excited to learn the business. 📝

This 2 day event covered all the aspects before the work starts: bundling offerings together, contracting, resource planning, due diligence and independence, etc. 

At my big age, starting to feel like an adult when you learn how the sausage is made. 

Thankfully, in between the learning, I discovered I knew a handful of people and it was a lovely surprise and relief! ☺️

I ran across my interviewers, my onboarding peer mentor, others in my offerings, a past colleague, and an old network contact I had seen since pre-Covid. Sometimes the (consulting) world is smaller than you think.

Why #ServiceCloud Has My Heart

I had no clue when I earned my certification (as a Salesforce Administrator) that I’d move so quickly into a Salesforce role. Salesforce offers many programs to assist from training to certification to landing jobs, it’s surreal. I am a facilitator for #blackprofessionals who are burned out or aspiring to realize their potential with key transferable skills.

My professional experience is rooted in service to others for the greater good, regardless of industry. I recognize that the #customerexperience is intertwined with the #employeeexperience. This all started when I had to navigate 5-10 systems, which created process gaps and data errors.

In 2021, poor service should not be blamed on bad technology or siloed systems. Investing in internal technology with a CRM like #Salesforce is truly a no-brainer.

I focus on change management and process improvement through the use of building process automation to drive exceptional user experience. Digital transformation has several benefits, including simpler data entry, a greater focus on complex tasks, and setting things up to happen automatically so nothing “falls through the cracks”. From a best practices perspective, It is vital that the customer journey is seamless, which ultimately impacts the company's longevity.

As a Salesforce Consultant, I partner with companies to:

> Advocate for efficiency and team cohesion to optimize client solutions
> Build project design and configuration strategy
> Champion for comprehensive interdisciplinary communication between sales, service, operations, finance, 
    and other key stakeholders

Why it’s important: poor data quality management, superfluous processes, and troublesome follow-ups can be a thing of the past!
