•	Responsible for shaping and managing the social media team’s processes, workflows, and campaign planning.

•	Planned and managed the marketing campaign calendar for Wish’s wholesale business (Wish Wholesale) in collaboration with the product, website, and social media teams. Lead monthly campaign planning meetings, created project trackers in Asana, and communicated tasks and deadlines. 
•	Managed and executed email marketing campaigns for Wish Wholesale, including creating email copy and content, collaborating with the design team on visuals, A/B testing subject lines and content, and optimizing future campaigns based on the results.
•	Started and maintained the Wish Wholesale blog, including planning the editorial calendar, keyword research, and writing and publishing original content on a weekly basis. 
•	Identified key customer segments based on CRM data including past behavior on our ecommerce site, engagement with marketing emails, and a variety of other factors. Then created customized messaging and product offerings to better target these segments via email, social media, partnerships with influencers, and webinars.  
•	Reported on monthly email marketing campaign performance based on metrics including open, click through, and conversion rates, as well as sales revenue generated. Drove continuous improvements across these key metrics, maintaining an average open rate above 20%, an average conversion rate of 2%, and a 20% increase in revenue month over month.
