I Worked closely with top executives and assistants to meet compliance
with strict business schedules. I  contributed to development and implementation of travel booking
processes and procedures to reduce costs by an average of 10%. By the end of my tenure I was managing over 30 business accounts while maintaining a strong focus on achieving high levels of client praises and loyalty.

I navigated customer service issues with various clients through the COVID-19 crises which was a lesson in patience and humility. At the end of it all I had successfully built and grew a portfolio of business worth over $1M dollars in sales. I will always be thankful for my time at Flight Centre

I am forever looking for new book recommendations (seriously, please send me your recommendations) some of my favorites include Pillars of the Earth, The Stormlight Archive, Half of a Yellow Sun and anything Sarah J Maas. I picked up piano during the pandemic and have just started formal lessons, so wish me luck that one day I'll make it through Chopin without crying. Proud to say I've run 7 half-marathons but the illusive full will always be my "white whale."
