• Assist in the training of new hires and any updates from U.S. Customs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff when needed.
• Contacting clients to ensure their product is cleared in a timely manner.
• Arrange for the clearance of merchandise from Customs custody.
• Analyze documents and make sound decisions regarding clearance of products.
• Handling the release & classification, auditing and entry rejects of files.
