Spearheaded two fundraising campaigns per year, increasing donation amounts by over 1,000% in a 3-year period.

Cultivated and managed year-round donor relationships, corporate sponsorship, and donor recognition, as well as taking responsibility for adoption of effective donation management technology.

Designed and facilitated ‘mass market’ Inclusion workshops in English and/or Hebrew aimed at raising awareness about disabilities and social stigma. Workshops were facilitated for over 3,500 students, synagogue/community center employees, or Shlichim as part of the Jewish Agency’s Shlichim program. 

Following the success of the Inclusion Workshops, I created an online Inclusion Guide with videos, tools, hacks, downloads and games to further drive awareness of the organization and its fundraising goals.

Designed, marketed, and sold a range of educational workshops focused on the methodology and practices of inclusion.

Oversaw the qualitative evaluation process for all Shutaf programing, including formal reports with interviews from participants, parents, and counselors, affirming the successful inclusion model employed in each program.

Traditional Jewish Studies: Plan and implement Tanach, Jewish history, Jewish culture and holiday lessons for grades 1-10
Responsible for daily lesson plans of between 4-5 grade levels per year.  Most recently taught grades 2-5.
Created a differentiated classroom experience utilizing learning centers and technology such as smart boards, Elmo's, Mobi's, and iTouches to increase student engagement and critical reading and thinking skills
Led grades 5 & 6 in creating visual (video) Divrei Torah based on their B'nei Mitzvah parshiyot.  Students wrote, and directed a D'var Torah using imovie, digital cameras, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.

 Experiential Jewish Studies: Designed and developed experiential programs to engage students on multiple levels to enhance interest and learning of  Judaic studies. 
Planned and led first ever school trip to Israel for. Organized trip logistics, led fund raising, and secured chaperones to assist the trip. 
Wrote, planned and implemented all materials for a Chocolate, Candy, Social Action and Desert Sustainability (Comparing the Mojave and Negev Deserts) Seders.
Planned and organized the creation of an all-school Torah.  Students in grades K-12 learned about and created a visual interpretation of their assigned Parshiyot. 
Planned and coordinated logistics, activities and student involvement in all-school programs for Chanukah, Purim, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Holocaust Memorial Day, and Israel Independence Day.
Organized and led weekly learning programs for parents to help them further connect with their children's learning. 
Lead weekly Shabbat services for grades K-4 and parents.
