Helping others has always been my motivation. From my former job as a teacher to my new career as a coach specializing in neuroscience and tarot reader, I have this inner drive to motivate and develop self-confidence through better control of stress and emotions. I have helped thousands of people of all ages to tap into their resources and show the best of their potential. I myself come from a family of very anxious people whose legacy was a vision of the world based more on fear than on peace and serenity. For years, I hated myself, I hid myself, I loathed myself, I was afraid of the future. Yet there was always a life force that drove me, even in the difficult and even tragic times of my life. I never let go of anything, despite the anxiety that often paralyzed me. I always ended up achieving my goals because I felt that a bleak future was not necessarily the reality. There had to be another possible path. And I discovered one day that I could choose my thoughts and emotions. So, of course, it doesn't happen overnight, especially at my age 😀 But, like sports training, I worked on my mind. And it paid off. I managed to get rid of a lot of my anxieties and put what remained under control. I can help you do the same.
