- Developing thorough marketing strategies to cover all digital channels
- Managing paid ads across Meta, TikTok, Snap and Google (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) to drive conversions, traffic, footfall, awareness and leads, with budgets of up to £350k/month for a single client
- Generating detailed reports and presenting to senior stakeholders on a weekly/monthly basis
- Working closely with the CEOs, MDs and Heads of Marketing to build long-term relationships
- Providing training to multiple on-site and HQ staff for Gusto, Village Spa and more
- Redesigning e-comm and B2B websites in Figma, working with Developers and Copywriters to execute
- Creating the CRM strategy whilst briefing, building and scheduling campaigns and flows
- Supporting migrations from UA to GA4 and Omnisend/Mailchimp to Klaviyo, including providing DPA guidance
- Delivering high quality B2B leads at a CPL as low as £0.98
- Redeveloping brands and creating guidelines for relaunching to the market
- Creating static and video content using tools such as Photoshop and Canva for cross-channel use
- Providing an unbiased review of the previous work carried out by the brands’ internal staff or agencies
- Providing briefs to photographers/videographers and directing photoshoots to ensure all assets required for upcoming campaigns are captured
- Integrating Meta Pixels, Google Analytics and Google Conversion Tags into client websites, both directly into the code and via GTM
- Providing SEO support to improve organic presence in the SERPs and drive additional organic revenue
