Graduating with a Master of Science in Behavioural Economics at the University of Kassel as the best of my class in 2015/2016, highlights my relentless drive and resilience to succeed. My studies and work experiences have provided me with the knowledge and confidence in the most important methods and tools used in business strategy, research, and organisational development initiatives. I have gathered hands-on experience in brand management, customer & employee experience design, and performance marketing. I am also well acquainted with growth hacking methods, lean & agile, design thinking, digitalization, proof-of-concepts, user research, UX, CX, innovation, facilitation & co-working techniques, new service development, lean start-up methods, and finally organisational models aimed towards the acceleration of growth, not to mention new types of leadership models required by new ways of working. At Trivago & with clients of Futurice, I have demonstrated my ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments, all the way from grass-roots to C-level, negotiating new service and go-to-market strategies with stakeholders & clients inside and outside of their organisations. Finding common ground and mutually beneficial conditions with media inventory providers, for example, requires exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build and maintain relationships under pressure.
