C Talent solely represents high-profile creators, actors, directors, and writers, and works to place Deaf and Disabled talent into all roles, not just disability-specific roles – normalizing disabled people being experts in subjects beyond disability. C Talent has placed talent in thousands of projects with companies and brands such as Savage X Fenty, Hulu, About-Face, Twitter, Disney, Google Pixel, Subaru, Nike, and many more. Additionally, C Talent's global disability and accessibility consultancy department is helping companies progress their accessibility and disability efforts, most recently working on Sony's 3000 Pictures and Netflix's upcoming film 'Lady Chatterley's Lover'. C Talent also worked on and are founding members of #WeThe15 – the Emmy nominated campaign aimed to transform the lives of the one billion disabled people globally.

C Talent will become a specialized unit under Whalar, concentrating on disability inclusion, accessibility beyond compliance, and helping break societal stigmas and stereotypes. C Talent Founder and CEO Keely Cat-Wells will now serve as Founder and President of C Talent @ Whalar.

C Talent

- Manages roster of Deaf & Disabled clients
- Connects clients with brands/clients for partnerships across social media/commercial

HRI Talent

●	Assists three talent agents with a roster of 300+ clients, coordinates with clients and casting offices for confirmations/ scheduling/ deadlines for multiple projects at a time
●	Updates filing systems and organizes client records/ digital files to maintain current and accurate information
●	Created and implemented an internship program for college students
●	Performs general office duties, including answering multi-line phones, setting appointments, greeting visitors, and keeping office supplies in stock 
●	Creates all social media posts for company (photo selection, caption writing, etc)

Agency Assistant

WDD Productions

●	Tracked bill payments, both automatic and manual, to ensure payments were made on time
●	Assisted with local errands (ie: picking up client mail, post office, grocery, pet store, laundromat)
●	Called vendors in case of issue with account(s)
●	Organized multi-business Dropbox filing system to increase efficacy

•	Assistant to the Executive Producer (President) of the organization

•	Organized, created, and implemented a functional Marketing and Social Media Internship program for six Urgent Care locations across two states
•	In charge of recruitment process for internship program including choosing which candidates to interview and subsequently hire
•	Managed personal projects in addition to creating weekly agendas and goals for the interns
•	Advised the Marketing Director on how to best spend the budget for advertising
•	Met with a collegiate marketing representative concerning ad space for free campus-wide planners

As a member of the Disabled community, I am passionate about increasing disability inclusion and changing the way people think about and define disability. I work to provide the best representation for my clients possible, ensuring they are set up to receive the same access to opportunities as others. During my time as a Talent Manager, I have placed my clients in dozens of projects with companies, brands, and studios such as Nike, JC Penney, HBO, Lego, BBC, CVS, Lionsgate, Revlon, Lenovo, Samsung, and many more. Alongside being a Talent Manager, I'm able to leverage my expertise in disability and accessibility to help companies progress their accessibility and inclusion initiatives.
