As the HR Manager I worked both strategically and operationally, driving various initiatives and projects related (but not limited) to talent acquisition and retention, motivation and engagement, learning and development, performance management, managerial support and training, onboarding and offboarding. 

I acted as a partner to the organisation by sharing my knowledge, ideas and passion for HR, as well as supported and coached both employees and managers in HR-related matters.
