We specialize in lawyer mental health and deliver individual mental health counselling, facilitated group discussions, as well as an awesome 10 week coaching program that leads lawyers to find immediate and long lasting relief from anxiety.

Created respectful and trusting relationships with marginalized clients of diverse ethnic and low socio-economic backgrounds to diminish barriers to service.
