Marketing Operations Specialist

As a Marketo Consultant, I support clients with marketing operations strategy, campaign architecture, and demonstrating Marketo best practices.

• Lead Consultant on an enterprise account (B2B) and act as support on other accounts in the agency simultaneously (B2B & B2C)
• Develop processes with Project Manager and Client to track work across organizations for new accounts. This includes creating SLAs, workflows, and setting up automation between client and internal work management platforms.
• Collaborate with clients to gather design and feature requirements, document solutions, translate business needs into technical execution, receive feedback, and present results for Marketo and Workfront solutions
• Create and implement a new onboarding process for team members and help them obtain certifications to support our Workfront client

Associate Marketo Consultant, Perkuto

Collaborate with internal (peers, leadership team) and external stakeholders (clients and partners) to develop digital strategy and implement automation solutions within Marketo and other technology platforms as needed.

Guide Perkuto’s clients during the creation and optimization of lead nurturing, lead scoring, and automated marketing programs to develop qualified sales leads and create brand awareness. 
Coordinate, execute and consult on:

• Marketing automation solutions for clients, including but not limited to email campaigns, landing pages, lead nurture programs, segmentation, lead qualification, audits, etc.
• Requirements gathering, design/development, testing and configuration.
• Communicate with clients to manage expectations, deliverables and modifications to their existing CRM and marketing automation platform.
• Create and document requirements gatherings based on client and project specifications.

Work with a Project Manager to:
       • Identify task-specific timeframes and blockers
       • Prioritize initiatives which will have the greatest impact on client revenue goals or KPIs

In 2018 UGArden Herbs recieved an Experiential Learning grant from the University of Georgia. The grant paid for a part-time salary for one year for the program manager to build the UGArden Herbs business, and collaborate with students from different disciplines on campus. It led to collaborations with the New Media Institute, UGA Entrepreneurship, Agribusiness, Freshman Odyssey and more! We have been able to connect with students, and offer opportunities to get involved in areas ranging from organic herb cultivation, business, finances, marketing, technology and event promotion.
