I discovered who I am and of what I am made when I faced one of the hardest challenges of my life: my late husband's illness and passing when our son was just a year old. Through the trials, I discovered a strength I never knew I had. During his illness I was introduced to the understanding that we are always putting energy into the world. Always -- with every thought, word, and action. And that that energy is always based in a sponsoring energy of either love or fear. It IS that binary. It all comes down to that choice. The quality of our emotions, our relationships, our work life, and more comes down to that choice -- will we be led by fear or will we LEAD with love. My husband and I chose to intentionally lead with love and experienced stunning transformations. Every day since then, I make the conscious decision to lead with love (which includes peace, joy, expansion, growth, contribution, meaning, and purpose). This requires a lot of conscious awareness and involves completely and consistently upgrading the operating system of my brain. I built a wellness center in honor of my husband and father (with the Universe supporting every move in ways that would give you goosebumps) and then later become an Empowerment Coach and Mentor to guide others to the freedom I had found. I have a Masters degree in Education, have been a Tony Robbins Platinum Partner, and am a certified by PAX/Alison Armstrong in Understanding Men, and by Jana Kingsford in Beliefetics (a powerful subconscious reprogramming technique). And I am an avid student of life and all things personal growth and development. I help people optimize and upgrade the way they think, feel, and act by blending brain science, quantum physics, spirituality, and creativity into my programs, with an emphasis on engagement, play, and transformation. As a result, their stress is diminished, and their fulfillment grows exponentially.
