Within this project management-based role, I develop audience-centric omnichannel programming plans and strategies for the Red Bull Network content projects including considerations for managed and owned programs. These include social (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Strava, Twitter, Twitch, and Discord) and owned (RBTV, web, and OTT). Whilst analyzing the baseline performance of the network, define growth opportunities and recommend the optimum channel mix to maximise reach and engagement. 

Alongside this, translating performance data into actionable insights and communicating those insights to influence key stakeholders. Whilst also supporting social activations and helping deliver the best content for our UK athletes.

Responsibilities include day to day channel management and analysis across Red Bull UK TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Strava, Discord and Facebook. 

Whilst producing content and managing high priority projects and events (such as Red Bull Hardline) from a social perspective with our UK & global athletes and social opinion leaders to generate localised and viral media for the channels.

Social Media Manager

Alongside my full-time job, I was a reserve Rifleman. A huge achievement for me was becoming the first female Rifleman (Infantry) within my company at 7 Rifles, Reading

The Army Reserve has two clearly defined roles. Firstly, it provides highly trained soldiers who can work alongside the Regulars on missions in the UK and overseas. Secondly, it gives people who have specialist skills, like medics and engineers, a range of exciting opportunities to use them in new ways.

Part Time Reserve - Infantry Soldier

•	Day to day management of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook and Twitter); encompassing scheduling, copywriting, reporting and community management within Social Studio and Content Calendar
•	Managing the development of Snapchat lenses and Pinterest boards on high priority campaigns
•	Leading on multiple end to end agency-based large social campaigns with multiple stakeholders including agencies and studios such as HBO, Universal and NBC

Global Marketing Coordinator - Communities and Engagement

Tesla’s goal is to accelerate the transition to sustainable energy with increasingly affordable electric vehicles that will encourage the auto industry to introduce their electric vehicles. Tesla designs manufactures, sells and services its cars directly. 

My primary role was to act as a day-to-day contact in offering event marketing advice and training for the store-based activity for GB/IE. In addition to this, I also acted upon the following: 

•	UK/IE representative for social media content 
•	Aligning the sales teams KPIs when planning future online/event campaigns to ensure targets are achieved 
•	Supported the creation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud email campaigns 
•	Analysis of Salesforce reports and providing insights to further teams 
•	Monitored and updated web page content 
•	Supported the creation of ‘Tesla on Tour’: an event series to increase sales performance
•	Worked closely with the EU marketing team to ensure an integrated MARCOM approach

Working as a sales advisor in a high-end retail shop called Ariat. Face to face customer experience restocking, selling and having a full understanding of the Ariat products.
