I have striven to not just achieve this goal but to do it the right way. I am very focused on achieving 1% improvement every day - By trying to be an inspiring leader, with a clear vision tied to long term plans and highlighting the teams' contribution to those goals. I have always thought everyone is capable of more than they believe and if you help people to find their true motivations and calling and align them to the business goals it is possible to build very highly motivated, world class, resilient and agile teams and processes; which business success flows from. Our UK business is the growth engine of Epsilon globally. We have seen exponential growth over the last five years significantly outperforming the market.
