I was once called 'Unfeasibly Relentless', now I'm not sure if it was a complement or a criticism but I took it as a positive and I think its a good description! I was incredibly lucky to be the Co founder & CEO of Elmtronics Group, Elmtronics Ltd & Hubsta Ltd. Now I'm heading up the team at Swarm, a company with the same cultural & ethical DNA. I believe in developing not only a company but the all the so very important individuals that make it. I am also aiming to make a positive difference in some way for our future generations. I’m a bloke who loves business, meeting people, taking on challenges, commercial strategy, building a brand and building and motivating amazing teams is what gets me bouncing out of bed on a morning! ☕️ Outside of work I have 3 lively daughters who keep me incredibly busy! Motorbikes, cycling, walking, cooking and property development are my passions, I just love getting out in the country with the family for a walk or on the beach for a chill, after all that’s why we work so hard eh!
