From a young age, I remember being passionate about sales. My mum would often recall the story of when I was a child and would collect stones and pebbles outside the restaurant at which we were dining and go on to sell them to the guests for 20p each, whilst explaining to them the magical properties of each stone. She would run along behind me apologising and offering people their money back only to be told ''Let her keep it - she sold it to us!'' Over the last 14 years, I’ve worked in variety of senior sales and marketing positions across a range of industry sectors (Not-for-profit, Brewery Industry, SaaS, Cybersecurity), priding myself on helping businesses grow and achieve their objectives by implementing the right solutions. For me, there is a great sense of achievement when I can assist a business or an individual to streamline their processes and make their working lives easier. I've had many successful moments throughout my career which I'm really proud of. Here are a few I'd like to share with you: ⏺ Launched Rialto Training in September 2021 - Helping businesses to get the most from LinkedIn ⏺ Ranked in the top 1% of professionals within my industry on LinkedIn (CWCS) ⏺ Achieved the highest number of sales in a month with 14 new clients (e-days) ⏺ Consistently held the highest demo to client conversion rate at 36% (e-days) ⏺ Booked the most number of demos (32) in one month (inspHire software) ⏺ Successfully networked with local businesses to establish brand in 33% of freehold venues in Nottingham (Springhead Fine Ales Limited) Since launching Rialto Training, I’ve become heavily involved in the Nottingham (and East Midlands) business networking scene. I’m working to support several of the local groups to grow memberships, find new venues, guest speakers, corporate offers, and taking time to make genuine referrals for those I meet. Outside of my working life, I love to expand my mind, challenge myself, travel and embrace new experiences. I love to read, particularly about modern history and learn about the world and different cultures. I'm highly sociable and take great pleasure in meeting new and different people. I have many hobbies including art, cycling, writing (poetry and lyrics) and slacklining, which is a sport which involves balancing and doing tricks on loose ropes.
