Manage all companywide benefits, acting as the point of contact between employees and benefit vendors to resolve issues, answer questions, and clarify coverage, and manage the annual open enrollment process. Conduct regular audits to confirm benefits billings align with employee enrollments and premiums, ensuring accuracy in deductions and payments. Along with the Human Resources Director, create and run health and wellbeing projects for employees, including programs focused on mental health, physical wellness, or other wellness initiatives. Train, coach, and guide HR Business Partners to ensure they are effective in their roles, especially in onboarding new employees. Ensure accurate and timely data entry for employee changes in coordination with Payroll during each pay period, which requires strong attention to detail and cross-functional communication.

Sr. Human Resources Business Partner

Partnered with Operations Department Managers to create career development paths that enhance employee engagement and retention, understanding the department’s needs and aligning them with broader HR strategies. Supported them with their hiring needs, by developing strategies to attract qualified talent to the organization. Served as the liaison between applicants and hiring managers during the hiring process and worked with the selected candidates through their pre-employment process, offer letters and salary negotiations. Gathered data for job reclassifications and compensation studies and presented the recommendations for the changes needed. Coached managers on employee relations issues and conducted initial investigations when there were employees’ complaints. Led the new hire/benefits orientation and worked closely with the benefits providers to solve any issues with the employees’ enrollments. Trained newly hired team members within the department and served as their support for questions related to the hiring and benefits enrollment processes. Supported the Human Resources Manager with the FMLA cases, being the point of contact for new requests in her absence. 

•  In conjunction with the Human Resources Business Partners, completed a market compensation study, in two months, that was used as the starting point for the following fiscal year’s salary increases.

Human Resources Business Partner II

Manage a variety of human resources functions, with high focus on recruiting and training. Work closely with hiring managers to identify and understand the hiring needs for their open roles. Serve as a first point of contact for candidates regarding job postings and recruiting process. Efficiently manage the whole talent acquisition life cycle, while using multiple sources to attract qualified candidates.  Enrolled employees in the required training classes, walked them through the process, and updated their profiles once the classes have been successfully completed and the certifications are awarded. Provided coaching and training to junior-level team members.

• Successfully filled 24 open positions, including some hard to fill ones, within my first four months of employment.
• Took responsibility for and successfully added more than 100 new employees and their benefits elections into our HRIS, along with all other employees’ salary increases (more than 300) in a two-week period.

Human Resources Business Partner

During my previous position as a Human Resource Administrator, I oversaw a wide variety of human resources issues and concerns for a high-profile tourism company including 180+ employees. My strong relationship building skills allowed me to serve as liaison and first point of contact for employees regarding human resources with a keen focus on the benefits process including open enrollment, qualifying events, and claims as needed. I also ensured comprehensive troubleshooting of employee issues and concerns with regard to HRIS performance, compensation management modules, and benefits implementation until reconciliation. During my tenure at the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners Office I was promoted to the Benefits Analyst role to support an employee population of 1500+ team members. I utilized critical thinking, key analytical skills, and research gathering to ensure accuracy of vital and sensitive information to correct multiple outstanding discrepancies as needed. My strong analytical skills allowed me to oversee comprehensive review and collection of short-term disability claim requests while maintaining sensitive and confidential medical files. I successfully collaborated with insurance and payroll organizations to assist in the renewal process including dispatching of completed forms and ensured proper maintenance of all new hire information within the HRIS system with regard to benefits enrollment, qualifying events criteria, and gathering of mandatory documentation as needed. My select accomplishments are below. 

•	Successfully led a comprehensive department initiative to design and implement new hire tracking devices designed to minimize information inaccuracies and streamline operations resulting in being awarded a star badge from peers and management for being proactive in supporting a strong customer experience. 
•	 Oversaw the comprehensive audit resolution process for inquiries related to benefits enrollment, coverage, and status changes resulting in 1500+ employees receiving benefits information with no missing data.

As a Human Resources Technician, I served as a liaison to supervisor and senior leaders with regard to reports generation, document verification, and analysis on process studies and data entry resulting in 100% audit accuracy. I utilized strong collaboration skills working with a talented team of human resource professionals to ensure proper communication on HR policies and procedures. I also ensured proper data gathering and preparation utilizing critical thinking skills to produce HR reports as needed and oversaw high profile maintenance of new hire documentation for accuracy for a variety of HR aspects. During my time as a Human Resources Coordinator for CFI Westgate Resorts, I ensured comprehensive communications for talent acquisitions duties, scheduling of applicants for interviews, and time management on multiple tasks until reconciliation. I also drove comprehensive administration of I-9 verification, self-auditing of I-9 forms, and management of the E-Verify process in compliance with work authorization requirements. I drove strong management of comprehensive and water-tight organization of Human Resources documentation to cement compliance standards and review application forms, waivers, and employee contracts. My strong relationship building, and collaboration skills drove a high-performing team of Human Resource Specialists to revise and approve employee timecards as needed. 

•	Ensured proper on-boarding of 120 new employees within a three-month time frame including background checks, drug tests, documentation review, and training of new hires on company policy.

As Administrative Assistant for CFI Westgate Resorts, I streamlined the process to review the delinquent account reports, regularly completed twice a week, for analysis and verification regarding to accounts qualification for default that would result in them being cancelled.
