As Technical Strategist with the Customer Success Engineering team, I help provide technical thought leadership that enables Citrix's subscription customers to achieve their intended objectives more rapidly. Holding a variety of positions in Citrix over the last 14 years, I helped customers across the globe to stay ahead of new technology trends and guiding them thru their Digital Transformation journey to enable an agile mobile workforce.

	Proactively identifies blockers, risks, and develops practical solutions to each issue or work closely with Product Management team on raising RFEs
	Leads and mentors 3-5 junior Customer Success Engineers by providing development and mentorship in a wide range of areas, including administrative tasks and technical advice, to foster individual growth.
	Conveys the Citrix vision in terms that are clear and relevant to the customer's business objectives. Layout the technically strategy for strategic customers from initial Onboarding to FAU, MAU and adopted state.
	Develops the New Hire Curriculum for our Customer Success Teams including Customer Success Managers, Customer Success Engineers, and Technical Account Managers.
	Develops of the shelf Technical Plays which are designed to show case value-prop and help customers get unblocked. Typically used during onboardings and during Architecture & Strategy sessions with our customers.
	Provides “thought leadership” for wider teams and assists with the creation and development of leading practices.
	Closely work with Google and developed a Customer Success to Customer Success program for our mutual customers.
