عزيزي القاريء وعزيزيتي القارئة - قرار انك تشتري اداة للاستماع وتحليل البيانات على الانترنت قرار مش سهل وكل ما تحب انك مش تندم عليه كل ما هتكون محتاج تصرف اكثر على ادوات مشهورة او غنية. لكن لو هتصرف اكثر فاسمحلي اشاركك 6 مميزات اساسية لازم تسال عليهم كويس قبل ما تقرر انك تشتري. افتكر كلمتي دي: ليس كل ما يلمع ذهب. 

بص في عصر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي اللي احنا فيه ده مفيش حاجه اسمها خلاص مش عندك وسيلة للاسمتاع وتحليل المحتويات على الانترنت. دي ضرورة. بس مع وجود العديد من الأدوات المتاحة، اي هي الميزات التي لازم أن تبحث عنها؟

1- التغطية الشاملة: يجب أن توفر أداتك شبكة واسعة، وتلتقط المحادثات عبر جميع المنصات الرئيسية - Twitter وFacebook وInstagram , YouTube مع Blogs و News. بعد كده بيجي عندك ال Offline Mediaو Broadcast حسب الطلب. ال Social Media ممكن تزود بقى لو متاح TikTok. 

2- التحليلات في الوقت الفعلي: مهم جدا انه الخبر مش يجيلك بعديها بساعات. لازم في ثواني. 

3- تحليل المشاعر: الكل هيقول ليك احنا عندنا اكثر من 80% لكن جرب بنفسك على كويري انت اللي عاملها فيها اللكنه بتاعت بلدك اللي بتراقبه واطلب Sample مش متصححة. 

4- تحليل المنافسين: هل الاداه بتسمح ليك انك تراقب منافسيك. ولو الحسابات كلها Public ايه ال مقاييس اللي يقدروا يجيبوها ليك؟ 

5- تحديد الاشخاص: يعني دلوقتي عندي حساب معين - هل تقدر تحلل المتابعين اللي عنده؟ طيب عندي كلمه براقبها هل تقدر تقولي مين فيهم مؤثر حقيقي؟ خلي بالك المؤثر بيجي من Influencer score مش بس عدد المتابعين او التفاعل. 

6- ازاي هتقدر تعمل تنبيهات وتقارير: انت مش قاعد على التول على طول. محتاج انها تبعتلك تنبيهات او تقدر انه تستخر منها المعلومات بشكل اكسل او PDF بسهوله وبسرعه. 

الاستثمار في الوقت اللي هتختار فيه أداة الاستماع بتاعنك هو استثمار في مستقبل علامتك التجارية. قولي انت بقى 🔍 ايه هي الميزات التي تجدها أكثر قيمة في أداة الاستماع عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي؟ اكتبلي في التعليقات!

1- Comprehensive coverage: Your tool should cover all major platforms along with Blogs and News. After that, you will have Offline Media and Broadcast on demand. 

2- Real-time analytics: The news mustn't come to you hours later. 

3- Sentiment analysis: Everyone will tell you that we have more than 80%, but try it for yourself in Query. Check it with the accent of the country you are monitoring and request a sample that is not corrected.

4- Competitor analysis: Does the tool allow you to monitor your competitors? If all accounts are public, what metrics can they provide for you?

5- Analyzing Audience: Can you analyze the followers? Can you tell me who among them is a real influencer? Keep in mind, that influencer comes from the Influencer Score, not just the number of followers or interactions.

6- Alerts and reports: You need it to send you alerts or you can extract information from it in Excel or PDF format easily and quickly.
