♦ Intensively collaborated with the R&D, Purchasing, Production and Logistics Departments for the creation of technical specifications, product development tracking and testing, and the following industrialisation processes.

♦ Strategic development of the Smart Grid domain within the company, including representation of the latter during sales activities (ROI calculations, presentations for customers, offer submissions, etc.)
♦ Consulting services (impact assessments, business plans, presentations) for federal, academic and industrial partners such as BFE/OFEN, EPFL, ETHZ, Swissmig or regional industrial services.

♦ Led the development of the innovative concept for the Smart Box project: allowing smart control of connected home appliances, the box uses artificial intelligence based algorithms to reduce the electricity consumption and to optimise individual consumption profiles. These algorithms would allow to introduce incentive-based pricing algorithms in the residential electricity consumption in a smart and automated way to incentivise the intelligent electricity use.
♦ Conducted research on behalf of the Swiss Smart Grid Association to determine the foundations of the Swiss Smart Grid White Book.

Development of an optimal management system for energy distribution networks including renewable sources and energy storage.
