👋🏻 Who am I?! Hi there, I'm Eman (in English, it means faith ☺️). I'm a motivated, self-initiated, and dedicated UX researcher with a can-do attitude and a foundation in quant, and a love for qual!   I'm passionate about unfolding users' stories 🤗, enthusiastic about uncovering their frustrations and pain points👂🏻, and curious about answering the big "why" questions behind their behaviors and attitudes 🧐.  📚 What is my background?! I recently obtained a PhD degree in education, more specifically in EdTech (TEFL). I have 8+ years of hands-on experience delivering high-quality work through utilizing a mix of qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing, diary studies, etc.) to facilitate data collection and analysis, leading to a better understanding of needs, behaviors, and attitudes. Since I transitioned to the tech industry and joined the UX space, I became interested in bridging the gap between the users' needs and the company's vision and business goals! 🎯 What do I focus on?! As a data-driven UXR who is user-centered, I advocate users' voices. I also constantly question assumptions by looking for the evidence that supports them and considering metrics from the very beginning 🤓. My focus is on turning users' insights and stories into actionable recommendations👌; thus, help stakeholders set the right direction for building up the product roadmap and make better decisions that streamline the user experience and increase their satisfaction and retention to the products.  🌱 What do I care about?! As a people's person, a team player, and an individual who enjoys solving problems through creative means, I care about helping in designing products that are intuitive, accessible, and inclusive especially for the underrepresented user groups! By spreading kindness, mindfulness, empathy, respect, and active listening, I hope to translate those feelings into amazingly outstanding and delightful user experiences!  🕵🏻‍♀️ What do I aspire for?! I'm always on my own ongoing journey to learn for better understanding, evaluating, deciding, and impacting the surrounding environment! Thus, I aspire to be a part of any field that fulfills my constant curiosity and interest! I'm open to working with cross-functional teams on projects that impact users' lives, fulfill their needs, and meet their expectations!
