With 15 years of experience in the digital industry, I am a Sales Manager at Taboola where I help our Enterprise  customers be as successful as possible while achieving their awareness and lead generation goals. I partner with marketers and agencies to enable them to leverage Taboola solutions and optimize their campaign strategies based on data and trends.

I am passionate about digital and innovation, and I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on digital transformation. I have worked for multinational companies and managed digital advertising projects in 20 different countries for various brands. I have a deep knowledge of mobile advertising and marketing, CRM, and API integrations. I am also an engaging speaker, presenter, and team member, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.

Ho deciso di tuffarmi (letteralmente) in qualcosa di nuovo e ho scoperto che l’ approccio “continuous learning” funziona benissimo anche a 18 metri sotto il livello del mare.

Lezioni imparate sott’acqua:

- se vai nel panico, consumi aria (vale anche in ufficio)
- la preparazione è tutto
- comunicare senza parlare è una skill sottovalutata
- uscire dalla comfort zone è l’unico modo per vedere cose incredibili

Morale: imparare cose nuove non è sempre un corso o una certificazione. 
A volte è solo dire ok, proviamoci…e buttarsi.
