My purpose—"Bringing energy & curiosity to foster connections and growth"—is not just a tagline; it’s how I approach every aspect of my work. I’m deeply committed to unlocking human potential, fostering connections, and driving performance through a blend of expertise, curiosity-led questions, and a profound understanding of leadership and human dynamics.

With 25+ years of experience at the intersection of business and talent development, I’ve always been driven by a desire to reflect my core behaviors and outcomes: as a client executive, talent specialist, and, on a personal level, as someone who believes in the transformative power of inside-out leadership.

As a leadership development and facilitation alchemist, my role is to go beyond traditional practices. I turn complex leadership challenges into actionable, high-impact solutions by combining diverse methodologies, frameworks, and best practices to create experiences that elevate teams and individuals. On a personal level, the journey has had its challenges, but my true north remains clear.
