Often called a Midwife to the Soul, I help women navigate uncertainty, lean into life changing pivots, and simplify day-to-day decisions by listening to and embodying their soul’s divine essence. Once an ambitious, left-brained PhD student and rising higher ed administrator, a rollover car accident cracked open my being, allowing psychic, intuitive, and energy-healing gifts to be revealed. After the accident, I turned to Deborra, a psychic channel, herbalist, and healer to help me integrate and embody these newly awakened gifts. While I learned from many gifted healers and psychics, she was my main mystic mentor for over a decade. Now an intuitive coach, psychic channel, shaman-inspired healer, author, and speaker, I have guided more than 1,500 clients over 18 years as they refine their life and business to align with their soul. Having devoted my life to recovery from codependency, living in alignment with the cycles of nature, and embodying ancient yogic teachings, I walk the mystic’s path. I especially enjoy helping highly sensitive, empathic women leave people-pleasing behind and put themselves at the center of their life, relationships, business, and/or career. With my guidance, they learn to embrace uncertainty and confidently face the unknown as they discern their unique way forward, one step at a time. My clients include healers, entrepreneurs, business owners, educators, creatives, health care professionals, non-profit leaders, and corporate executives. When not helping my clients connect to their soul, you’ll find me walking my dogs in the Sonoran desert, communing with crystals, visiting with friends, or reading a good book. I live in Tucson, Arizona with my husband Jacob and our dogs Maisy and Reggie.
