"I am a seasoned professional with a strong focus on devloping the customer experience (CX) through the power of technology and data. Currently, I hold the position of Head of Martech, where I lead and advise companies in optimizing their martech stack. My primary areas of expertise lie in enhancing customer experience, with a special emphasis on Loyalty Programs, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), and Marketing Automation (MA). In my present role, I work closely with organizations to develop CX strategies that not only delight customers but also drive measurable results. Here are some of my noteworthy achievements: - Spearheaded the transformation of several of Sweden's largest loyalty programs. For instance, I led the comprehensive overhaul of a major grocery retailer's loyalty program, resulting in remarkable success. - Globally orchestrated the establishment of a CRM & Marketing Automation team, which included the successful launch of a Marketing Automation system on a global scale, from inception to full implementation. - Pioneered and oversaw the rollout of a global online gift card program for a prominent fashion retailer on the global stage.
