Hi, I'm Emil. If you're from Kerala, you might know me as the performance marketing guy. If not, here’s my story… I wasn't supposed to end up here. Like most Indian kids, I went the engineering route first. Before that, I spent my school days being that overly talkative guy who somehow turned every conversation into a business opportunity - selling t-shirts to teachers and convincing classmates to try health products. And I’ve done all the cringe stuff as a teenager. After engineering, I knew I had to go for an MBA. Though I failed my CAT exam, I luckily got selected for the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. But I decided not to enroll for it. Instead, I did an online crash course. While my friends got selected for Rs.10-20 lakh per annum packages, my hobbies of photography and videography helped me generate income. Finally, in 2019, I got my first job with a Rs. 12k/month salary. Not because of my skills but because I was a fresher. Spent 8.5 years climbing the marketing ladder across different companies, learning everything from performance marketing to client management. No marketing degree. No business background. Just curiosity and experience that taught me everything. I stumbled into marketing by accident, but what I saw made me start Dare Network in 2024- 📍Agencies burning client budgets and not delivering results 📍Founders losing faith because they trusted the wrong partners I believe that when someone trusts you with money they probably saved for months, every rupee has to justify itself. Today, Dare Network is 26 people strong. We've generated Rs. 30+ crores for 80+ brands across India and the GCC. But here's what makes me proudest: not a single GCC client has churned.
