Over four years of experience in Customer Success at Spendesk, a leading SaaS company for expense management, I managed 25% of the global MRR, expanded and improved the value of key accounts, and coached and onboarded new team members. I also adapted and executed the global CS strategy to the DACH market, overseeing the whole customer lifecycle from support, compliance, onboarding, expansion to churn.
