Referencing an internal Best Practice Procedure, in conjunction with energy industry compliance regulations, a split of call recordings were allocated to each analyst and required to be assessed and submitted to corresponding Team Leaders by an end of month deadline to deliver outcome commentary and feedback directly. Demonstrate confident understanding of differing department's call handling responsibilities and affiliated processes in order to promptly locate and mark against corresponding assessment criteria. Recognise communication delivery improvement opportunities and provide alternative approach and response considerations. Working autonomously alomg with actively participating in regular comparisand collaboration team sessions.

Processing and Administrator role, predominantly validating power customer's eligibility to be added to or remain on a life support register. Attention to detail is crucial, as the validated or denied life support application directly impacts the health and wellbeing of a customer correctly accounted for, along with a corresponding government rebate code applied to an individual file reflecting the entitled amount. Upload and maintain accurate data entry for registrations and renewals, liaisng with 3rd party medical professionals to verify authentivity of details received, maintain clear understanding on eligible equipment and categories, apply and confirm account corrections sensitively to changed/discontinued circumstances. Calculate and generate re-issued invoices.
