The Robertson Scholars Leadership Program is a full-ride merit scholarship and leadership development program at Duke University and UNC-CH endowed by financier and philanthropist Julian Robertson. The Robertson Scholars Leadership Program invests in young leaders who strive to make transformational contributions to society, providing them with exceptional benefits and a distinctive set of shared experiences: A four-year scholarship, including undergraduate tuition, room and board, and a computer stipend; Unique access to the academic and extracurricular offerings at both Duke and UNC-Chapel Hill; Three summers of domestic and international experiences; Leadership and professional development opportunities; Extensive community of Robertson Scholars, alumni, and staff.

First Generation Investors

First Generation Investors (FGI) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that teaches high school students in underserved communities the power of investing and brings classroom lessons to life by providing students with real money to invest. FGI's mission is to provide all young adults the knowledge, skills and tools to thrive.

As a tutor, I volunteer biweekly to mentor and give local high school students the knowledge of markets and to prepare them for their financial future.
