Financial Modeling: Develop and refine detailed Leveraged Buyout (LBO) financial models to evaluate potential investment opportunities. Your work will directly impact investment strategies and decision-making.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities within the healthcare and technology sectors. Analyze industry data and provide actionable insights to support investment theses.
Valuation: Assist in the valuation of target companies by applying various methodologies, including comparables, precedent transactions, and intrinsic valuation models.
Investment Memorandums: Contribute to the preparation of investment memorandums and pitch decks, synthesizing financial data, market research, and strategic insights to present to senior management and potential investors.
Due Diligence: Support the due diligence process by evaluating the financial health, operational efficiency, and strategic fit of potential investments. Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess risks and opportunities.
