They’ve achieved all their lives and they’ve put everyone and everything ahead of their own needs. Their dreams for themselves have become buried under a mound of responsibilities. I help them remember their dreams, or learn how to dream, so they can get in touch with themselves and create a life they LOVE living NOW and in retirement. I’ve got the heart of a Mom, the mind of a Senior Executive, and the experience of a Naval Officer. When I retired as a member of the Department of the Navy’s Senior Executive Service, I received advice on what I “should” do next. I took some time to consider what I wanted to do, what felt right for me. I became a certified professional coach and podcast host.
