Bit of a pinch me moment… I’ve been shortlisted for Recruitment Professional of the Year at the Manchester Young Talent Awards ✨

Being a team of one can be slightly lonely at times, especially in a role like recruitment where can you really feel the highs and lows 

The last 12 months have come with plenty of both, leaning into the fractional TA model has come with a lot of learnings as well

But they’ve also reminded me why I love this industry. The people, the opportunities, the chance to make a tiny difference in someone’s career or a business’s story
