I work with the Wrapped Agency departments to interpret briefs, and work with the teams to deliver the objectives and desired outcomes of the project. I am involved in pitches, Discovery sessions and Workshops, covering the key messaging, user journeys and other required elements. I lead the concept stages of my projects, generating ideas, messaging and methods of delivery; creating project plans and assignment of responsibilities across the departments.

I am the lead point of contact for the client throughout the delivery, working with our teams to monitor progress and ensure the project is on track.

Tunstall Healthcare (UK)

At Tunstall Healthcare my key responsibilities were:
*Project managing the development and launch of the new B2C e-commerce platform www.lifelineathome.com - Tunstall's first e-commerce platform. Within 1 month we had processed over 1,300 orders on the system. 
 *Managing the SEO strategy for Lifeline at Home and social media strategy
*Managing the UK website and project managing the development of the new CMS
*Managing the various Tunstall microsites.
*Developing and implementing a digital strategy and creating personas for our marketing target audience
*Running the social media accounts for the UK and assisting other territories with their social media knowledge and strategies
*Mentoring and training our videographer/social media assistent to develop our video marketing strategy. 
*Managing our blog pipeline and creative copywriting

Digital Marketing Manager

Cancer Research UK

My key responsibilities included:
* management and planning of the content of the cancer statistics website
*ensuring content improvement and consistency on the website
*supporting the Masthead and Information Architecture project for the Statistical Information Team (moving from Oracle to Drupal), rewriting content to move away from the 'page' concept to reusable content blocks. 
* contributing towards the validation and dissemination of statistical information on cancer
*line management of the Statistical Information Website Assistant
*Overseeing the management of the statistical information newsletter, moving from an html based email sent via outlook to a templated solution using CCMP
*Directorate expert in Google Analytics, I managed a project developing the analytics across the health professionals section on the Cancer Research UK website and trained all teams on how to use Google Analytics.

Statistical Information Website Officer

Nuffield Trust

In this position I managed the content strategy and developments of the Nuffield Trust website. This involved the day-to-day managing of uploading content, commissioning blogs, reviewing older content and ensuring the pages look fresh and relevant. It also involved working with our web agency to consistently be developing the website. 

I also managed the social media platforms for the Nuffield Trust including: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Youtube, Vimeo and Google+. 

I had responsibility for the e-communications schedule for the Trust, ensuring the timings for our busy marketing schedule don't conflict each other. I also put together all e-communications for our digital activities, such as report launches and digital developments. 

Whilst working at the Nuffield Trust I assisted with some exciting digital developments such as our recent QualityWatch website and project with the Health Foundation. I managed Nuffield's health leaders survey digital work ahead of the General Election 2015.

Digital Communications Officer

Following my work as Receptionist at the Nuffield Trust, I moved departments to the Communications team; where I worked in digital, events and team administration. During this role I worked as a content editor on the Nuffield Trust website, where I built my responsibilities throughout my role until I worked on web content, social media and e-communications. 

As part of my events role, I managed Nuffield Trust events from small in-house seminars to European Summits. assisting and eventually managing the planning, implementation and evaluation stages of the event. 

My final part of the role was in team administration, where I dealt with the team finance, organisation and PA responsibilities of the growing Communications department.
