I am a Group HR Manager at Four Marketing Group, a global fashion agency that provides creative, production, and marketing services to leading brands and retailers. I have over ten years of experience in human resources, spanning across different sectors such as media communications, sports publishing, gaming, and music. I am also a CIPD certified professional, with a BSc in Applied Food Science with Marketing and several other qualifications in public relations, safety management, and data protection. As a standalone HR professional, I partner with the senior management team and line managers to support, coach, and advise on various aspects of the people function, such as employee relations, UK employment law, recruitment and talent management, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, coaching, performance management, conflict management, TUPE transfers, people policies, workforce planning, employee engagement, onboarding, mentoring, and business analysis. I have successfully managed multiple TUPE transfers for Premiership Football Clubs in the UK, and have enabled a customer-focused and strategic HR approach within the organizations I have worked with. I am passionate about leading and influencing, especially in coaching and supporting young people in their careers to achieve their goals and bringing out the best in them. I am a board member and advisor for the London HR Connection, an Enterprise Adviser at one of my local secondary schools in Ilford, UK, and a speaker at music industry seminars, sharing career development, training, and wellbeing tips with students and professionals. I am also a mental health first aider, an advocate for young people, and a volunteer church warden at my local church.
