Upon returning to my roots in Business Development, my primary focus revolved around fostering growth and expansion, both internally for Strategic Account Teams and externally within OEM and Key Partner Relationships. I implemented a methodology that involved prioritizing and ranking customers based on their existing and potential value. This approach led to the creation of an acquisition strategy that emphasized engaging with the most probable buyers. This entails great communication, transparency, and technology to guide our customer every step of the way. This should be a seamless interaction where our expertise of setting up thousands of dealerships with customized configurations shines through. Our Internal Continued Development Team develops curriculum to foster growth and leadership from within as well as improve employee retention

Our Logistics Team supports overall scheduling and budget requirements by developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout dealership training, scheduling, and continued customer engagement cycles. They review and revise these KPIs based on many factors, including capacity, regions, budgets, and geography.

This required story telling skills, solution selling, brand marketing, client conquests, demand generation campaign creation, social media marketing knowledge, negotiation and closing skills. In addition, an In-depth knowledge of a dealership's fixed operations process and the technical knowledge of AutoPoint's software solution to improve the communication in fixed ops, the inspection process, and the customer experience.

In my capacity, I adeptly managed the entire customer life cycle, ensuring a seamless journey from acquisition through retention. Employing robust strategies in territory management, I optimized market coverage for enhanced service delivery. My role extended to not only servicing existing DealerSocket customers but also identifying and presenting supplementary solutions to bolster their operational efficiency. Spearheading conquest acquisitions, I expanded our clientele and market presence. Cultivating relationships with third-party entities and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) was a key aspect of my responsibilities, fostering collaborations and partnerships for mutual benefit. Ensuring the maintenance of an impeccably accurate database was pivotal to streamlined operations and informed decision-making. Moreover, my proficiency spanned various domains including CRM functionalities, F&I deal desking, sales and service marketing, service scheduling, big data reporting, data mining, database append, mobile sales and service CRM, social reputation management, call tracking, and sales training.

As a Regional Sales Manager, I was both a hunter and a farmer. Knowing all the franchised dealerships in the central region, developing relationships, cold calling, networking and ultimately solution selling a SaaS dealer management enterprise system into dealers and dealer groups. These were long, complex sales cycles that included early contract release negotiation, multi-department decision makers, and multi-million dollar negotiations. Products included CRM, DMS, Marketing automation, Service Scheduler, e-payment and more. An attention to detail, excellent record keeping in the CRM, Campaign Management, and Event attendance were all an important part of succeeding in this role.
