With extensive experience as a leader, coach, learning strategist and mentor, I partner with colleagues and clients to drive progress and impact at individual, team and organisational levels. I believe we all have an opportunity to bring out the best in those we work with, and that radical candour and radical kindness go a long way. One of my biggest realisations over the last few years is that when we can connect up an individual's future goals to their current role, something incredible happens. I've lived and worked all over the world but am currently based on the edge of the beautiful Swinley Forest, where I spend a lot of time with my two rambunctious boys. Motherhood has been wild - over a decade spent teaching teenagers in urban state schools was not the preparation I thought it would be... I love connecting with others across the L&D, coaching and leadership development space. I've learnt so much from the people I have met here and hope to also share learnings as I go.
